Are there any fees for canceling a service agreement with Team LBR?
No. If a property owner wishes to discontinue property management or maintenance services, they simply need to submit a 30 day notice of termination and TeamLBR will remove them from our active client roster. Our management agreements are on a month-to-month basis. If no written request for cancellation is received prior to the due date, the contract renews automatically.
